With its further developed LEVELview family, RCT Remote Control Technology offers a modular system for the rapid installation and safe operation of remote monitoring solutions for tanks. The developer, manufacturer and Ex specialist from Hesse, Gladenbach, thus has a plug&play system program in four performance classes with Ex protection 1/0. This allows levels of liquid gas (LPG), oil, diesel, gasoline, A1 fuel (Ex0) and water tanks to be monitored.
Transmission via SIM card, WiFi or API
With the "RCT Monitor" web app and mobile app, users always have the right way to monitor their tank levels – as well as meter readings, fault messages and temperatures. Depending on requirements, transmission takes place via radio, WiFi, GSM, GPRS, 4G or NB-IoT. Direct integration via an API interface of third-party products is also possible.

Thanks to plug & play technology, LEVELview devices can be installed and set up in just a few steps. Energy suppliers, service station operators, property managers and municipalities – as well as private users such as home and vacation home owners – benefit from a system that can flexibly meet a wide range of requirements, while at the same time impressing with its simplicity and high safety level thanks to explosion protection zone 1/0.
New, AI-based web and mobile apps
New app solutions for web and mobile applications ensure simple and convenient data management. For example, with the "RCT Monitor" software, users are automatically informed by mail, push message, SMS or directly via their company's own ERP system when the tank content is nearing its end. The Pro version offers additional smart services, such as history and consumption data at defined times, projections of remaining tank capacities, information on the best possible time for refueling, display of daily prices with ordering function, emergency call function in the event of heating and tank malfunctions, or order pooling with other customers.
Geodata, logistics routes, billing, etc.
For energy suppliers and their logistics, for example, RCT has developed app solutions that provide information about the geodata of tanks, generate optimal logistics routes for tanker vehicles, and enable reporting management directly at the tank as well as reporting date-related billing. Voice-controlled app solutions for Alexa, Siri and Google are also currently being field tested. Individual product developments are possible on request.
