Functionality

The sensor can be connected to a RCT Transmitter LEVELview.LPG by cable with plug. On the LPG tank, simply replace the existing level indicator on the flange of the float with the Hall effect sensor (2 screws). For some float types, an adapter must also be used. On request, original sensors can also be used (e.g. Rochester Magnetel 4″/8″).

The sensor can be connected to an RCT Transmitter type LEVELview.OIL/AQUA by cable with plug. The pressure probe is inserted through a suitable free tank opening (diameter min. 1″) to the lowest point in the tank and the opening is sealed airtight by means of screw fittings.

For fuels, probes are available on request for use in Ex zone 0.

Capacitive sensor with flexible flat ribbon cable for measuring liquid levels in different media e.g. water, oil, chemicals | use in conjunction with RCT Transmitter LEVELview.OIL/AQUA | standard cable length 1.80 m for self-assembly | exchangeable

Functionality

Functionality

The sensor can be connected by cable with plug to an RCT Transmitter type LEVELview.OIL/AQUA. It is inserted into the tank through a suitable free tank opening (diameter min. 1″) so that the weight contacts the bottom. The sensor cable should not be placed directly along metal walls, since metal changes the capacity of the liquid level to be measured. A distance of at least 20 cm should be ensured. The counterweight can be unscrewed to shorten the length of the sensor cable depending on the tank or the desired measuring height. The sensor is calibrated via Web Application or can be preset at the factory to the desired measurement height and medium.
